Welcome to The Space Between. We support artists and creatives of all ages, across all disciplines with comprehensive mental health and holistic well-being services, career mentoring, and practical professional support.
Founded by a music industry veteran and creative, this isn't wellness rebranded for the arts. This is holistic care and support, built from inside it. We understand that everything is interwoven; your physical health impacts your mental health impacts your creative health. And for some, the way through isn't just talking, so we offer diverse types of support to address all of it.

Well Being
Our well-being services are built on the understanding that as an artist or creative, the challenges you face aren’t just about your craft; they’re physical, emotional, and energetic too. The demands of performing, creating, and living as an artist can take a toll on all three. For this reason, The Space Between has brought together a team of associates offering multiple modalities to address each individual’s needs across mind, body, and spirit. We take a holistic approach to well-being, helping you find balance, build resilience, and stay ready to thrive both on and off the stage. Whether you need help managing stage fright ahead of a performance, or in the long term, anxiety or depression, guidance to navigate or overcome creative blocks, or support for the physical strain that can come with performing, we have a practitioner and a modality to meet your unique needs. Many of our associates are artists and creatives themselves, bringing ‘lived experience’ of the same path you now find yourself on.
Mentoring
Mentoring for Musicians - When we say mentoring, we don't mean helping to perfect performing, although we can connect you with resources for that. What we’re here to do is disrupt the limiting beliefs and outdated narrative that states musicians have only two choices: to either starve for their art or work in an unfulfilling job just to pay the bills. We’re here to show you there's another way, a way where you can leverage your musicality and creativity towards a fulfilling career path, whilst pursuing your dreams of stardom. Whether you’re just starting out or you're part-way through your journey, we will take time to learn what drives you, what interests you, what you’re doing right now, and work with you to uncover what’s next. We’ll help you see all the ways your talent can shape a career and a life that feels true to you, blending your creativity with real opportunities that align with who you are. And along the way?
